Join BWC
Complete the online application for Best Workplaces for Commuters by selecting the membership type and indicate primary and supporting benefits offered by your organization. Your application will be reviewed within two weeks of submission. You may check your membership status on the View Profile page. Once your application is approved, you may pay using our secure, online payment system. Note: "Bundle" below refers to an organization. Payment is not required until your application is approved.

The University of South Florida is closed December 22, 2025 through January 2, 2026 for the holidays.
We will review your Best Workplaces for Commuters applications January 5, 2026.

Membership Agreement
For Employers, by submitting our BWC application, we agree to the following conditions:
- We have a central point of contact in charge of commuter benefits and will notify Best Workplaces for Commuters when this contact changes.
- We keep information on commuter benefits online.
- We actively promote our commuter benefits to employees.
- We agree to look for opportunities to use the Best Workplaces for Commuters name and logo to promote our designation (e.g., websites, press releases, job ads, newsletters, annual reports, etc.)
- If our application is approved, we agree to pay the annual membership fee or a BWC partner has agreed to pay for our membership fee.
For Universities and Colleges, by submitting our BWC application, we agree to the following conditions:
- We have a central point of contact in charge of commuter benefits and will notify Best Workplaces for Commuters when this contact changes.
- We keep information on commuter benefits online and actively promote our commuter benefits to students, faculty and staff.
- We agree to look for opportunities to use the Best Workplaces for Commuters name and logo to promote our designation (e.g., websites, press releases, job ads, newsletters, annual reports, etc.).
- If our application is approved, we agree to pay the annual membership fee or a BWC partner has agreed to pay for our membership fee.
- We agree to have a property transportation coordinator responsible for overseeing the implementation of commuter benefits,
- We will promote our site as a Best Site for Commuters,
- We will actively promote the commuter benefits programs or workers or residents at our site,
- We will pay the annual membership fee as required or a BWC partner has agreed to pay for our membership fee.
